Red White Collective is an independent record label founded in 2020, offering music production and international distribution services to new and established artists.

 

Our team at RWC is on a mission to grow a global platform for Indonesian talents by combining music and management services. We embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, promote unique services, and champion forward-thinking in advocating diversity through Indonesian artists. As we work together closely with our artists as partners, we strive for excellence in the pursuit of contributing to a better future for the global music industry.

Laura Sekarputri

President

Laura is a music therapist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Boston. A Summa Cum Laude graduate from Berklee College of Music, she has represented Indonesia in the International Folk Festivals and is passionate about music in mental health care. Alongside her teammates at Red White Collective, Laura was behind the hit cover project “Over the Rainbow x Laskar Pelangi”, which has been featured in prominent news and media. Laura is currently collaborating with Jon Samson, a Grammy-winning singer-songwriter and music therapist for children.

Carol Kuswanto

Head of Artist Development

Carol is a composer, producer, and pianist based in Los Angeles, CA. She is currently working with the former president of Fox Music, Robert Kraft at Kraftbox Entertainment / Primary Wave, where some of their works have been featured on Apple, Nintendo, Netflix, Hulu, etc. Her recent music credits include her involvement in the podcast, “Here’s The Deal” by US President Joe Biden, co-producing Joji’s "Slow Dancing in the Dark - Acoustic Remix", scoring additional music in the feature film “The Climbers”. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music with a dual degree in Film Scoring & Music Business Management and a minor in Conducting.

Sitti Arlinda

Head of Business Affairs

Arlene is a pianist, dancer, and music professional based in Boston, MA. She graduated from Berklee College of Music, with a B.M. in Music Business Management. She also has a degree in psychology. She is currently managing several music publishing projects. She is the founder, photographer, and videographer of Kremolens, an independent photography service. She has also been involved in many singer-piano collaborations.
